WRittle: UNI LIFE WITH A VIEW AND A DANCEFLOOR.

Writtle is where history meets possibility. Set in the stunning Essex countryside, a place once described as “one of the loveliest villages in England”, it’s a campus full of charm, character, and inspiration. Just beyond the green fields, the vibrant city of Chelmsford is waiting. Cheer on the Chelmsford Chieftains, dance the day away at Hylands Park festivals, or hop on a train to London for unforgettable adventures.

On campus, there’s always a place to gather. Grab a hot pastry or a snack from Thyme Out, then head next door to The Baa, our very own social hub where friendships are made, stories are shared, and nights are remembered.

Here, the Union is by your side. From free and confidential advice, to societies, to a packed calendar of daytime and evening events, we’re here to make every moment count.

Writtle is yours.

Shape it. Live it. Love it.
