We are a sports society open to all genders, all body types, all ethnicities and any experience level.
We encourage strength, empowerment, and self-development. Whether dance, strength-building, self-expression, or finding empowerment interests you most, ARU Pole Fitness has a place for you. You will build the strength, flexibility, and endurance required by taking part in our weekly activities! Or just simply have fun.
