ABOUT US

 ARU Pole Fitness 

(Cambridge Campus)

We are a sports society open to all genders, all body types, all ethnicities and any experience level.

We encourage strength, empowerment, and self-development. Whether dance, strength-building, self-expression, or finding empowerment interests you most, ARU Pole Fitness has a place for you. You will build the strength, flexibility, and endurance required by taking part in our weekly activities! Or just simply have fun.

Monday

9pm - 9:45pm

Pole Fitness Mix Levels

YMCA gym

£3 per session

Required gear: A comfortable top, a pair of gym shorts, and plenty of water. 

 

Wednesday

8:30pm - 9:30pm

Hoops & Silks

(Wings)

YMCA gym

£3 per session

Required gear: A comfortable top, leggings or joggers, and plenty of water.

 

Thursday

7:30pm - 9:30pm

Open Pole Practice

Coslett Dance Studio

Free

Required gear: A comfortable top, a pair of gym shorts, and plenty of water.
