OCD is one of the most misunderstood mental health conditions. It’s often reduced to jokes about being tidy or organised. However, the reality is far more complex. In this mini-talk find out what OCD really is, what it isn’t and what it actually feels like to live with.

Rachel has previously worked as an RSE educator in secondary schools and colleges, helping young people navigate relationships, health and wellbeing with confidence. Rachel is passionate about breaking down taboos and challenging stigma around mental health.  She is the author of an education book that empowers secondary school teachers to confidently respond to challenging questions about relationships and health. She currently works as an Account Executive in the Distance Learning Team at ARU.
