This session explores what stress is, where it comes from, and how to recognise the signs in yourself and others. It then introduces a range of practical, evidence‑based prioritisation and time‑management methods to help participants regain control of their work. Through reflection and simple exercises, attendees learn how to identify their stress triggers, prioritise effectively, and adopt healthier habits that support sustainable productivity.
