After many years on campus, our shop in Helmore has now closed, but we’re not going anywhere.
Changing shopping habits, increased competition from nearby retailers and the way students use our services all contributed to the decision to close the shop following this summer’s Graduation period.
The good news is that we’re keeping the space and giving it a new purpose. In early 2027, we’ll be opening a brand-new Union space in the same location.
Helmore is one of the busiest parts of campus, and we know how important it is for Union to have a visible and welcoming place where you can find us. We’re working on plans for the new space now and will share more about what you can expect closer to opening.
A huge thank you to everyone who visited or shopped with us over the years. The shop has been part of campus life for a long time, and we’re excited about what comes next.
