Black Girls’ Space at Anglia Ruskin University is a society dedicated to creating community, celebrating identity, and empowering Black women in every area of life. We are more than a student group, we are a sisterhood that uplifts, supports, and inspires.
Through mentorship, networking opportunities, and career-focused workshops, we equip our members with the skills and confidence to thrive academically and professionally. At the same time, we value joy, culture, and wellbeing and we'll be hosting socials, creative events, and wellness initiatives that remind us the importance of balance and belonging.
We believe in the power of representation and visibility, and strive to amplify Black women’s voices on campus and beyond. By collaborating with other societies and organisations, we open doors to new opportunities while building a strong, supportive network.
