Welcome to the Anglia Ruskin Sirens Cheerleading team!

Be part of the fastest growing sport in the country, cheerleading uses a combination of dance, jumps, gymnastics/tumbling and stunting to create an incredible routine in just 2.5 minute, to compete against other teams from all over the country at national competitions. Training...

The University team will train 8-10pm on Mondays at Power Cheer, Chelmsford

We are looking to make a team of 23 athletes. So this means that not everyone who attends tryouts will make a team.
