We are able to provide financial support to a project or campaign as well as supporting with room bookings, promotion, speakers and other equipment.

For campaigns, you can also reach out to our London Officer who can help with feedback gathering as well as liaising with the university.

Not at all! In fact, we welcome campaigns on all kinds of issues such as academic, social, sustainability, charity fundraisers and more, provided it is operated within the law and the Student Code of Conduct.

Once you have submitted your project or campaign, the requested budget and support will be considered by the SU team who will provide a response within 5 working days.

When considering applications, please include as much detail as possible in your application. We will need details about what your event will involve, who will be attending and when it will be taking place. You should also provide links to specific items you want to purchase.

You can submit a project or campaign and get funding all year round. Purchases can either be made by a student and then reimbursed by the SU, or we can make purchases for you (so you don't end up out of pocket). We recommend speaking to the team before making any purchases.

No reimbursements can be paid without proof of purchase. If paying for a service, the SU will need an invoice from the company or individual.

This must have a UK bank account and be compliant with HMRC regulations. We will then pay the invoice from the SU. We will no longer reimburse a student for paying the service. Paid participants must be UK tax registered.
