Certificates can be obtained at any time throughout the year, and are rolling throughout your entire university career. This means your logged hours never reset and you have your entire time at university to reach the top award tier of Platinum.

Your volunteering portal (below) will tell you when you are eligible for a certificate, at which point you can fill in a form to request one.
Please note, you will only recieve your certificate once a staff member has verified your hours are legitimate. This process may take several days. You will receive it via email.
As you reach your milestones you can meet with a member of the Employability Team who can help you build your CV and apply your new skills and experience. For students who achieve Gold or Platinum, they can request a letter of reference from the Union to confirm your contributions.
Thank you for finding time to Volunteer and help the local communtiy. Whenever you do volunteering hours you can record this time spent using our Volunteering Tracker. At the end of your role, you can download a transcript of all the hours to use for your CV.
