Book a Study Space during the Exam period:
After speaking with students, Ashmin, your Student Officer, has worked with the University to streamline the process for booking group study rooms during the exam period.
As a trial, from 13 April to 8 May, students can request a group study space without using the ARU App or the usual “Book a Study Space” system.
The University has pre‑booked a selection of rooms for student use — making the process quicker and easier.
How to Book
- Choose the week you want to book.
- Click the relevant link below.
- Complete the MS Form to reserve your preferred study session.
- Student who has booked the room will receive an email confirmation

*Just a reminder that if rooms are free around campus, students are more than welcome to use these spaces. Make sure it hasn’t already been booked by checking the screen outside of the room or by scanning the QR code.
