Our aim is to create a welcoming community where students can explore psychiatry beyond the curriculum, develop useful clinical skills, learn about career pathways, and have meaningful conversations about mental health. Throughout the year, we’ll be running teaching sessions, OSCE workshops, careers events, film and social nights, collaborative events, and The Mind Project, alongside opportunities to hear from students and professionals at different stages of their careers.
We want Psych Soc to be somewhere you can learn without feeling intimidated, meet new people, ask questions, and engage with psychiatry in a way that feels relevant to both medicine and everyday life.
