Title: Profiting from Location Intelligence & the Business of Geography

Many economic and business decisions depend on answering “where” questions:

  1. Where should a company locate?
  2. Where is demand strongest?
  3. Where should resources be allocated?
  4. Where are risks concentrated?

This talk will explore how businesses use location-based data and geospatial technologies to make strategic decisions. It will also discuss how digital tools and artificial intelligence are changing the way spatial economic data is analysed.

If you are interested in economic geography, data analysis, urban economics, business strategy, or digital innovation, this session will offer valuable insights into real-world applications.

The event is organised by Dr. Franziska Sohns, Associate Professor in Economic Geography.

Best wishes,

//
