Something gone wrong during the exam? Take these early steps to address this.
Tech error or other difficulty outside of your control during the exam
Report it immediately to the invigilator. If you are able to gather evidence of the error, do so. You may need this at a later date.

Didn't perform as you thought you would or was unable to attend, consider submitting an Exceptional Circumstances claim.
You won’t know your results and a claim, if successful, will impact any result that you get once your exam has been reviewed.
