Why did you run to be an officer?:

Having been an international student in two different countries over the past three years, I have experienced both the opportunities and challenges of student life. Thos experiences inspired me to run to be an Officer. I’ve always been passionate about leadership, world politics, and representing people, and I hope to one day serve as an elected representative in government. I saw the role of an Officer as the perfect opportunity to start making a real impact by helping to make student life at ARU more inclusive, comfortable, and rewarding, while also growing as a leader.

Fun fact about yourself

I am a Mixed Martial Artist. I train in multiple disciplines including grappling, kickboxing, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, with some earlier training in Kalaripayattu.

Favourite Union event

I like the Unity Cup for the competition and camaraderie, and I like Global Week for the culture and how it brings students together.
