VOTE ABDULLA K LATHEEF FOR CHELMSFORD OFFICER
Powering the Chelmsford Voice. Driven by You.
Chelmsford is packed with future healthcare heroes and brilliant innovators, but let’s be real sometimes our campus feels like `SECONDARY’. I’m Abdulla, and I’m running for Officer because I believe leadership is a team sport. I don’t just want to be a name on a website or a face in a boardroom; I want to be your teammate, standing right beside you in the labs and lecture halls to ensure our voices are actually heard. I’m not here to talk at you, I’m here to work with you to flip the script. Let’s stop just ‘joining’ the Union and start leading it. Together, as friends and colleagues, we’ll give this campus the energy, attention, and powerhouse status it truly deserves!
Who is Abdulla?
I’m not just a candidate; I’m a peer who cares. Known for my high energy and "door-is-always-open" attitude, I thrive on building teams and bringing people together. I’m a friendly face on campus who is ready to listen to your frustrations and turn them into fuel for change. I don't just want to be your "Officer" I want to be your teammate.
My Three Pillars for Change:
• 1. A Fearless Voice
I will be your direct bridge to decision-makers. No more "noted" feedback, I will push for tangible results regarding our facilities and teaching quality. If it matters to you, it’s a priority for me.
• 2. Tailored Local Support
Our schedules are unique and often demanding. I’ll collaborate with Portfolio Officers to bring bespoke mental health and career initiatives directly to the Chelmsford campus, scheduled at times that actually work for healthcare and innovation students.
• 3. A Connected Campus
I will fight for more on-campus activities and regular "Open Mic" feedback sessions. The Union should be a vibrant, visible presence in your daily life, accessible to every student, every day, not just during election week.
