Cambridge Wellbeing Hang Outs With Your Peers
Look after your wellbeing this trimester by meeting other students

Join your Peer wellbeing Mentors for an evening of fun.
Tuesdays 16:00 - 19:00
Helmore Building: Room Hel 342

Looking after your personal wellbeing is very important. It’s important to stay connected with the ARU community and other students.
Each Tuesday we invite you to join us, the Peer Wellbeing Mentors and other students for a chat over a board game, craft or other activity.
Helmore Building, Room Hel 342

ARU Peer Wellbeing Mentors are current ARU students who are here to help you through your ARU experience. The Peer Wellbeing Mentors provide drop-in sessions, fun activities and info on ARU's Counselling and Wellbeing Services.
They are here happy to listen to and signpost to the appropriate support.
